Mother nature forces Placerville Speedway cancelation for Saturday

Russell Motorsports Inc. has announced that this Saturday’s event at Placerville Speedway has been canceled due to the projected unfavorable forecast this evening into tomorrow.

The celebration of life for CJ Humphreys will still be held today at Green Valley Church starting at 11am, with a reception to follow in the pit area at Placerville Speedway. Updates on our memorial lap and racing event to honor CJ will follow.

Next up for the track will be Saturday May 20th when John Padjen Kids Bike Night presented by Pizza Factory invades the quarter mile. In action will be the Winged 360 Sprint Cars, Ltd. Late Models, Pure Stocks and the Hunt Magnetos Wingless Tour.
